Nic & Steve's Southend Barns Spring Wedding
With regards to weddings over the span of my career I thought I had seen them all. That was until Nic and Steve invited me to photograph their unique and special day where I happened to stumble upon the fact that their wedding theme, (including colour-scheme that steered the outfits and venue decor) had (loosely) been based upon a soft toy squirrel and the well loved animated feline character, Garfield! Needless to say, I immediately knew this wedding day was going to be full of originality and creativity and it was the subtle quirkiness and fun that made being part of Nic and Steve's day an absolute delight to capture on camera.

Jody & Art's Southend Barns Late Spring Wedding
Jody and Art, proud owners of Halnaker's charming Tinwood Estate were as classy and bubbly as the English sparkling wines they produce! Having bought several magnums along with them to share with guests on their beautiful sunny May wedding day, it was clear that this couple, of Dutch heritage, knew a thing or two about how best to toast such an illustrious occasion. Local to Chichester, at the foot of the scenic South Downs, established vineyards neighbouring Art's father's farm are where these successful winegrowers are well known for their tours, wine tasting and even onsite luxury accommodation. Always generously looking after other people and with such style, it was clear that Jody and Art would continue to be lavishing their warm hospitality on everyone, even on their own wedding day!

Sue & Paul's Southend Barns Spring Wedding
On a sunny spring day in late March 2017 I had the pleasure of photographing Sue and Paul as they married at West Sussex's modern yet characterful Southend Barns. This fun-loving pair brought the party with them, dousing the day with good humour, smiles and warmth - ensuring every guest could look back with fond memories having been thoroughly considered, looked after and entertained in various thoughtful and creative ways!
